Premiere Pro and Audition files causing Duplicate IDs error in Production Project?

We have a "Duplicate IDs" error in our production project. I found a "Duplicate Projects List.txt" in our root directory that lists two files as the culprit - one is a premiere project file, and the other one is an audition file that was created from media inside the premiere file.

So I can see that these are the two files causing the error, I'm just not sure how to resolve it. Is there a way to get rid of the "Duplicate IDs" error in this case?
