Hello so just before and hour my PC crashed and i had Premiere Pro opened. I started my PC again and now my Premiere Pro won't open up. So I tried to reinstall it and now my Creative Cloud won't show any apps so I tried reinstalling CC and just uninstallation was successful. Now I can't install CC. So I'm stuck in the middle ground.

My PC was reinstalled month ago due to the new SSD and so far I didn't see any troubles exept for this. I need my CC apps back for work and to finish my semester. Can you please help me?

I managed it to solve it yesterday throughout the night! Thank you for reply! But it was poorly connected disk on which I have folder "Temp" which is temporary  files of windows. Then I have there caches of Premiere Pro, AE etc. So maybe this will help someone. Thank you again.

When you reinstalled did you use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool? We've had some recent issues with Premiere installation and the only fix was to completely uninstall all the Adobe Apps with the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Not saying this will or will not fix your situation but if you haven't tried it, I would definitely do this as a first step.

Crashing can also be caused by Premiere (or other apps) trying to load drivers and other things as well. If you have 3rd party plugins, these should all be removed as well as these can cause issues as well. Including what has already been mentioned, here is possible checklist:

  • Video Card Update: Old or even newly updated drivers can cause crashing. You may need to update or roll your drivers back.
  • Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool: Used for Adobe app corruptions by performing a more thorough, clean uninstalls.
  • Competing Applications: Sometime newly installed apps outside of Adobe might be competing for the same resources and cause crashing and issues.
  • OS Issues: I use both Windows 10 and Mac OS and depending on your versions of OS there can be issues and problems as well.

If you give us more info on your OS, the version of Adobe apps you are using and the hardware you are currently running on, this would be an excellent start!
