Premiere Pro and Media Encoder crashing in the middle of the export process

Not sure if it's related to latest update but never had this issues, but now after start exporting file premiere crash the whole laptop , same if i use media encoder. Before crash I see screen like BSoD on windows but for Mac. And it crashed random it can crash after 10 minutes of export or 1 hour after export in process. 

System specs:

MacBook Pro 2019

2,3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9

AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB

32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

Ventura 13.1 (22C65)

PP and ME has latest updates.

And every time after crash when I login back to my account and start PP it always Initializing GPU like it did after I start it first time after update.
