Premiere Pro Apostrophe Font Unnecessary Space

I'm currently using this font in Adobe Premiere, and everytime I try to add an apostrophe or quotation mark, it creates this unnecessary space.

However, in Photoshop, the font doesn't have this error (Different Style, but Same Font)

Does anyone know how to fix this? Please...

Premiere unlike Ps does not play nice with all fonts especially otf.

Make the S separately and put that over the main text.
