Premiere pro audio crash

My whole team has had the same problem with a project crashing at the same spot ever time. Seams to be an audio issue because it has a hard time rendering audio. When previewing the project crashes at the same spot. The crash report says the crash thread is com.apple.audio.IOThread.client.

If that's crashing at the same spot for everyone, and there's an audio problem ... take apart and rebuild the audio for that spot.
