Premiere Pro - Audio Not Working

When I create a new file and try to add clips to my project the audio doesn't transfer yet when I play the file in a viewing program the audio is there.

I've followed fixes to this problem in the trouble shooting section with the Bars and Tone yet this has not fixed my problem. I've had this issue once before and ended up just reshooting the video then it worked fine but I do not have time to reshoot all the videos for this project help!

I use a windows pc
