Premiere Pro Bug no one from support can help me with this problem

Since I installed premiere pro it shows this error, I went to support, uninstalled premiere and creative cloud and so far nothing, and this error is only in premiere pro, no other application shows this error, simply the pages of premiere shows ghosting and frame bug when closing windows.
