Premiere Pro cant import visual only audio

I having a problem when i'm importing file to premeire pro . They only import audio and no visual . Im usinng premiere pro 2018 on macbook pro 2011

What is the footage file format & codec? Have you tried clearing the media cache? Steps: FAQ: How to clean (delete or trash) media cache files?

What are the system specs(OS, RAM, GPU, CPU)? What is the dot version of Premiere Pro? Steps: FAQ: How to find the exact version of Premiere Pro you're using?
