Premiere Pro Captions Not Exporting

I'm very frustrated with my latest project, unfortunately this isnt the first time something like this has happened to me, but the feature of transcribing captions onto my project is amazing and i very much like it. But when it comes to exporting my file, Premiere Pro knows ive transcribed and added a whole lot of captions onto my project and even edited it. Why is "Captions" by Default turned off upon exporting? It is the only thing that is turned "off" on the list prior to exporting and this has given me a hard time when it comes to my final project. I tend to export multiple drafts before the final project and always remember to turn it on but on my final project due to tight deadlines i completely forgot to turn on and had blindly uploaded it.

I am very disappointed on this unnecessariness, please keep it to "ON" as i clearly was using the features throughout my project.
