    Hello Neil,

Thanks for your sharing information, my system is Windows 10 Home 64 bit, RAM 16Gb, Intel i7, Video Card NVIDIA GTX1060. The footage is MTS and Backsound is MP4.

I have selected the Backsound and follow by click on Auto match in Loudness, then check mark the Ducking and select Duck Against Dialogue Clips as per screen shot attached, however the ducking seems didn't working.

Please advise it as I try with Pinnacle Studio its working.

    Thanks & B/regards,

I am seeing the same problem. Premiere Pro 12.1.1 build 10 on Macbook Pro running MacOS 10.13.5

Loaded an MP4 video with dialog (V1 / A1). Dropped in WAV file with additional dialog (A2)

    Added background music (A3).

Selected the Audio workspace and the music track. Checked "Ducking", selected to duck against everything.

Clicked Generate Keyframes, them Premiere Pro hangs indefinitely.

I have to kill the non-responsive process.

I can't replicate this, and not sure what might help. I would suggest filing the UserVoice bug on this, and while there, searching for anyone else filing on this. Might get some additional info that way.

A bit more information on your system, media, project, and anny other effects on that clip or sequence might be helpful. That's not something that has been mentioned here, or at least rarely if it has. I can't replicate it either.
