Premiere Pro CC 2015 -- How to export/burn to DVD?

I know, I know.

Every time I try to search for some kind of help with any specific version of an Adobe product, I find results for versions a few to several years old.

Very, very exasperating.

Now, along with others, I wish to do something truly innovatively old, and that is to simply burn a DVD, but from the latest software, Premiere Pro CC 2015.

It appears Premiere Pro CS6--several generations old--is required, and then Encore--which appears to no longer be elite.

Is this really and truly true?

Is there no other way to do something that (I consider) so fundamental?

Thank you, in advance.

Yes, you install Premiere Pro CS6 to get the bundled Encore CS6 Encore CS6 not installed with Creative Cloud

As long as Encore will run on your computer and it does what you want, that is the only Adobe solution

Export from PPro using the MPEG2-DVD preset and import the two (audio and video) files into Encore for authoring

It's true you need to go that route to burn a DVD.  But DVD is old hat, man.  Blu-ray is where it's at, now.

On that front, I've been playing with some new software that works pretty well.

    Blu-Disc Studio - Blu-ray authoring software
