Premiere Pro CC 2015 import / file recognition problem

Hi, i have a .m2v file that i want to import into premiere for further editing.

However the "image size" that premiere recognize is not the same as the original video resolution size

and after importing, the original right side of the video is cut away. Anyone know how to resolve?
