premiere pro cc 2015 installing error with code 1

Every time I try to install Adobe Premiere pro cc 2015 on my computer I get the following message:

 

"Configuration error

Please uninstall and reinstall the product.

 

If this problem still occurs, please contact Adobe technical support for help, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.

 

Error: 1"

 

Please advise!

Premiere Pro 2015 is tricky as it is discontinued.
