问题描述：premiere pro cc 2017启动时卡在“加载importerquicktime.prm”，windows提示“premiere pro cc 2017停止工作”情况如下图所示：

所有论坛中提及的方法均已尝试。

OS：win10

problem：premiere pro cc 2017 stucks at launching when add importerquicktime.prm , and windows report that "premiere pro cc 2017 has already stopped working", details are showed in the following pics.

PS i've already tried every single method which are mentioned in the forum. including using another account to launch it.
