Premiere pro CC 2017.1.2 toggle fullscreen is lagging on MAC

Hey guys!

We have several Mac Pro (Early 2009) computers in our TV company and since we updated Premiere pro from 11.0.1 to 11.1.2 we are having trouble with the toggle fullscreen playbacks. whatever file type we try to play on whatever resolution it's always lagging. If I stretch the program monitor out it goes fine but when I us the toggle fullscreen it became way too laggy. Any solution?
