Hi,
I have clip, music and other stuffs on my time line,
when I press play, the master Audio is working but I can't hear nothing.
I changed Audio Hardware setting, with internal and external speaker, but nothing work.

If i play music with iTunes or Spotify, my speaker work,
but when I use Premiere cc 2017, it doesn't work.
The software give me the error:

the simple rate is not supported by the current audio device.

I used different music that with CS6 worked;
but now no.

I Need Help

    No, the problem is not the semple of Audio because I  tried many musics (.wave 48000, .aiff 44100 16bit etc).

    I found the proble.

    It is the firmware of my webcam.

    Premiere CC saw only one option in the Audio Hardware men. When I removed It from USB port,

    the Adobe software has restarted , and now It's ok.

    thank for your answer

    Sounds like your audio file isn't at a supported "SAMPLE" rate.
