Premiere Pro CC 2017 Crashes.....

I usually don't post my frustration about software; however, I feel that it is necessary to post my frustration with the latest Adobe Premiere Pro CC. The new version has been a total nightmare for me this summer. I can't get my work done with this constant crashes on big and small projects. The software is slow, sluggish, and it crashes consistently every day. The issue has been a history of the software for a while base on the evidence from previous post on the Adobe forum. No, it is not my computer being slow or cannot handle the work load, it is the software, Adobe Premiere Pro CC, itself.
