Premiere Pro CC 2017 Crashes at start screen

Hello, I have a Macbook Pro and haven't had much problems with Premiere Pro through the creative cloud, but today Premiere Pro CC 2017 will not start up. It crashes right at the start screen after the splash/loading screen. There are no error messages. Does anybody else have this problem or know how to fix it? I have searched the internet and cannot find anything about this issue.

Yesterday, everything was working great. I had the latest Premiere Pro CC 2017 version and everything. Now today it does not load the start screen. When I open PP alone, there is not an error message. It just crashes. When I open PP through a project file, I get this error message: "Premiere Pro CC 2017 Crashes at start screen"

I have checked the disk permissions and it is set to read & write on everything under Library > preferences > Adobe > Premiere Pro

and Library > Application Support > Adobe > Premiere Pro

I have also tried restarting my computer several times and uninstalling and reinstalling Premiere Pro

And I have tried logging out of CC and back in

Okay I solved my own problem. However, it is a resolution nobody should have to do. I tried everything I could find online and nothing was working, but my video couldn't wait. Luckily I have Windows 10 on my MacBook via Bootcamp. I installed the creative cloud apps there and it worked.

But working with an apple trackpad on Windows 10 is not the same. I wanted it to just work right on my Mac.

I couldn't restore my Mac to an earlier state because I don't use Time Machine. But I did recently buy a new SSD and still had the old one with a USB adapter. I copied all the files from the older versions and boom, still did not work.

I thought to myself, other people have it working for them, maybe I should completely wipe my Mac and start like it's a new MacBook Pro. Well that's what I did. And it works. I had my desktop and documents already backed up in my iCloud. And I always use an external HD to store my files for projects. I just had about 50 applications to reinstall, but It's like I have a new Mac and all my Adobe content is working.

I would not suggest going this route unless you feel that you absolutely have to. I did this after I've spent 3 whole days researching the problem and a fix. Nothing out there.
