Premiere Pro CC 2017 Export error

Long story short:

I have premiere pro 2017 and this plugin called Sapphire Boris FX. I can render sequences with any effect (I just use one of the Sapphire plugin FX called s_shake), but usually my export stops with a few seconds left and never finishes. Out of all the times I've tried exporting, I've only been successful a handful of times. It's seems very random and hit-or-miss. I looked at the event history to see what the error what, but I can't find a solution on any forums or on YouTube. Praying someone on reddit can help.

computer has unnecessarily OP specs and the hardware isn't the issue, I can export anything no matter how heavy. I only have issues when applying sapphire plugin stuff.

All my drivers and stuff are up to date, too.

Using GPU accel, but going Software only still yields random results and is slower in general.

(random info...I don't have After Effects, but it shouldn't matter because I'm still able to utilize the effects)

Trying to find the solution WITHOUT removing and installing premiere and/or sapphire. There has to be some way to export without relying on luck because I have exported before, but more often than not, the export halts.

Please comment any questions or possible solutions. This is driving me crazy. Sometimes I'm able to export, sometimes I'm not. The inconsistency is ridiculous....what's causing this?
