Premiere Pro CC 2017 in Trinidad and Tobago

Hi there, I'm a digital journalist in Trinidad and Tobago and we have a whole team of people who need to use video editing software, but the software is unavailable in our country. I've searched the forum and seen questions on this as far back as three years ago....is anyone going to help with this? We have a lot of filmmakers here, you are losing out on revenue as these people are probably using pirated versions anyway. At least give us a chance to buy the software legitimately.
