Premiere Pro cc 2017 no longer recognizes .mov or .mts files after latest Windows 10 update

A project I was working on yesterday no longer recognizes .mov and .mts files after Windows 10 updated last night. The files no longer work in the timeline. When I attempt to import new files Premiere tells me that there is insufficient memory.
