Hi Phil Warren,

Sorry for the issue. Is there an antivirus or firewall installed in the machines? Please check, if possible, disable antivirus & run the program as an Administrator & test.

Please check if the GPU drivers are updated to latest version.

Thanks,

Vidya.

I have uninstalled the Virus protection from one machine and made sure the Graphics Drivers are up to date but i still get exactly the same error message, all other creative cloud products are working fine.

Hi Phil Warren,

Please check if the user profiles are located in Network or on local hard drive. It is recommended to have the user profile on the local hard drive.

Thanks.

Vidya.
