Premiere Pro CC 2018 12.0.1 OS system requirements

Did the system requirement change for 12.0.1 on Mac?

We're starting to get our team to move over to it, and we still have a lot of people on 10.11.

12.0.0 would work, but 12.0.1 gives the following message

All OS updates for 10.11 have been installed, so I'm confused by this message

    Following up on this, I was able to successfully install and open Premiere 12.0.1 on Mac OS 10.11.6.

    Following up, this is also the case for Mac OS 10.12 as well.

    This seems like a pretty serious bug

    I'd love to know if anyone on Mac OS 10.11 or 10.12 is having this same issue, we are considering applying the update here on 10.11, but not if this issue is widespread.  I guess we could update our Mac OS to 10.13, but I'm not sure if that's possible just yet.

    Also, some computers aren't even showing the Premiere 12.0.1 update as available from the CC app...
