Premiere Pro CC 2018 will not open or move project at all Mac OS Catalina

Hey Guys,

I have created a video on premiere pro. When I finished I saved it and haven't exported it yet. I tried opening it the next day and it will not even open the program at all. I have tried to copy the project onto a hard drive and open it on another device but it will not let me copy the project at all. I have tried opening the auto-save files but they will not work either.

Any help would be much appreciated.
