Premiere Pro CC 2019 13.0.3 Freezes
I've Windows 10 Pro version 1909, with 16GB DDR3 Ram and Intel i3 4170.
When I use Premiere Pro CC 2019 (Version 13.0.3) it works fine, until I switch from Premiere to any other software, even Explorer or Desktop.
When I come back to Premiere Pro, it freezes (on titlebar appears Not Responding...).
There is no RAM problem; if I don't go out of Premiere Pro CC and I reamin inside the Premiere Pro CC window, it works fine...
What's the issue?
