Premiere Pro CC 2019 Black Screen When Using Text Tool

Hello,

I have recently updated to Premiere Pro CC 2019 13.0.1 OS Mojave. I now have issues using the text tool. As soon as I apply it the screen on the editing window goes black. I can see the text box outline but not the text itself or the video or image behind it. Once I click the image in the timeline I can see everything including the text but every time I go to edit the text it goes black again. It has become super frustrating since I have to edit basically blind. I have tried Window - Workspaces - Reset to saved layout multiple times, I have made sure that the Renderer is OpenCL and I also tried opening a new file and let the effects window fully load then opened my project. Non of these easy fixes have worked. Does anyone else have any other ideas on how to fix this? My project has tons of text and this problem is making it very hard to complete. I have even tried installing older versions and the same problem keeps happening - which makes me wonder if it is a problem with Mojave?

I'm having an extremely frustrating time exporting a project since updating to premiere pro 2019 13.0.1v. I first started to notice that when working in my timeline, the project window would go black all of a sudden. This would be across all sequences in the timeline. The only way to resolve it was to close and restart premiere or change go from GPU CUDA to software only. This seems to be the only workaround so far. I then noticed that my videos would not export via 2019 premiere pro or media encoder. I would get a error compiling movie failure - accelerated renderer error. There seems to be many people experiencing this.

Gpu drivers on my gtx 1080ti drivers have been updated and rolled back as well... It doesn't seems to be a GPU issues but rather a change in the way Adobe interacts with the gpu. I'm currently copying the files to my laptop to attempt to export it there as there are no other solutions. It's worth mentioning that this occured when trying to export a 40min video with grading and 4k clips in 1080p sequence.

Apparently, a guy using a Mac said that this was resolved when he purchased an iMac and updated to Mojave but the same project file persisted to be a problem on PC. I definitely believe this is a 2019 update issue and we require a fix
