Premiere Pro CC 2019 won't open after updating my MAC to OS Catalina Version 10.15.1

After updationg to MAC OS Catalina Version 10.15.1, Premiere Pro CC 2019 won't open. I always get the "appication unexpectently quit" message. I tried holding down the Option key while launching and also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application, but it still won't launch. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry Johnny. Say, can you try my set of steps here? Try deleting media cache and resetting folder permissions, in particular. Let me know.

    Thanks for your help.
    I deleted the media cache files. In the meantime Premiere Pro updated with Premiere Pro CC 2020. After the update, I was able to open Premiere Pro CC 2020.
