Premiere Pro CC crashes when using Graphics Titler (this issue is NOT fixed as stated in the forum)

is there a reliable fix? the forum states this issue was fixed. it isn't. i can't use the titler at all. as soon as it's enabled the program crashes.

BTW: support isn't. i am caught in an endless loop where i try to phone or chat and can't- all the support available to me is this forum.

VERY UNFRIENDLY SUPPORT experience! I need a fix for this issue! I'm on deadline and Premiere Pro CC it crashes every time! I'd like actual support. i've never gotten any relevant, helpful answer using Adobe forums.
