Premiere Pro CC crashing when using Selection Tool to move text

Hello again! Found another glitch that is happening with my students using Premiere Pro. This one has happened several times; when moving created text around with the Selection Tool, it crashes. I'm guessing it is along the same lines as my previous post that it has something to do with the computer's GPU. Let me know if this could be the problem.

Computers being used:

Lenovo Latitude 3490

Intel Core i5-8250U @ 1.6 GHZ 1.8 GHZ

Installed RAM 4GB

64 bit OS

Running on Windows 10

    That computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements to run Premiere Pro:

    You really need much more than the minimum requirements to have a happy editing experience.
