Premiere Pro CC installed in non-default position, ZXP extension failed to be installed

As mentioned above, when I install the pro cc 2019 with default settings, zxp extension installed successfully. But when I uninstall the Pro CC and install it in the other position (not c drive, I do change it to D:\Adobe)， then I use ExManCmd.exe \install in the command line for zxp installation, nothing happened. ZXP extension is not installed in the "D:\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2019\CEP\extensions" directories.

Yes, extensions will be installed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions. Thanks a lot.

Changing the installation directory for PPro, doesn’t change where extensions get installed.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions

Does ExManCmd report any errors? Does installing your .zxp put files into the \extensions directory?
