Premiere Pro CC not updating

Hi.

We have the full CC package, but my Premiere Pro CC is not running the latest version - it runs v. 12.1.2

But the Premiere Pro (not the CC) runs v. 13.1.4.

 

The CC App claims that there is no updates to Premiere Pro CC???

I have Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6

 

What is the problem?

    The CC app can get wonky at times. I'd start with unintalling the CC app itself, then rebooting, and downloading a fresh version and sign it with it ... see if that fixes things.
