Premiere Pro CC Support Completely Ineffective
Your support portal completely blows. I have been trying to contact support this weekend for a pressing issue and I figured out that clicking on Premiere Pro was not the right thing to do, I had to click on Premier Pro CC. When I did that I got the options to call and chat added to the forum option. So I called the number. I pleasant happy young lady gave me one of the nicest "FCK YOU" messages I have ever gotten. She told me to go back to the web portal and try the other options and then hung up. Incredibly rude in my opinion. So I tried to click on Chat.... nothing. Looked carefully at the button : "Chat is not available" So, even if the buttons for Phone and Chat were now available to me, the systems under those buttons were either not there or customer hostile. Seriously, this kind of thing is what makes me want to stop paying the monthly fee for the software and just go it alone. There are thousands of people pirating your software, you may have just added another with your abysmal customer service.
