Since the update to Premiere Pro CC v13 my GPU (Quadro K5000) is no longer recognized. Under Project Settings > General> Renderer > there are only "Mercury Playback Engine - Software Only". This is grayed out. Before the update, I was able to switch to hardware rendere.

Ony ideas?

Now I installed the newst Nvidia Driver (411.63-quadro-grid-desktop-notebook-win10-64bit-international-whql installed). Now it works again. Thanks!

What driver version are you using? Tou see, Premiere Pro CC v13 now requires a driver version that supports CUDA 9.2 or higher in order to even use GPU acceleration at all. You may be currently using an outdated driver.
