Premiere Pro CC Version 12.1 fails to launch

Hi Rameez,
I'm working on a Lenovo P50 laptop.
I never get as far as the splash screen, and so I have no options to reset anything within PP. This is all I get:

The OK button closes whatever is going on in PP and I'm stuck with nothing.

    Hi Padillos,

    I've branched your post into a new discussion because you have a Windows machine while the OP in the other thread had a Mac.

    Thanks for providing the screenshot.

    Do you have a secondary monitor connected to your computer?

    It seems to be a rather generic error. A quick search on the Microsoft forum states troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the app, turning off your Anti-virus program, trying a new User Account and logging into Safe Mode.

    Try these troubleshooting steps and let us know how it goes.
