Premiere Pro CC won’t include audio effects when exporting

I dropped nine MXF clips on the timeline one after the other in order to process the audio all at once.  Using the track mixer with 3 audio tracks (left center right) and a compressor on the master track.

When I export, all I’m getting is the first two tracks (left and center) and no compression.  I thought all the audio would be subject to the audio mixer but apparently not.

Is this an MXF issue?  Is there a way to export from the timeline?  Same results even if I try to export audio only.  It’s like the mixer is only there for previewing or something.
