Premiere Pro cc18 Interface laggy with Wacom Intuos Pro

Hi Everybody,

I am having problem editing with premiere pro cc18 when the wacom intuos pro or mouse is connected to it. I have a dual monitor setup with Macbook pro and another DEL screen. I have isolated the issues by trying out the wacom pen and mouse on ANOTHER laptop and both work perfectly but not on my laptop.

The problem that I am facing is when I try to drag a video from the project bin window to the timeline. It will lag terribly and the video will drop at the position that I did not snap to. Also the footage will take a good 8minutes to be reconnected from the Hard drive when Premiere Pro starts.

Does anybody experience the same issues? Can someone please advice.

    Hi, checking back in on this thread as I have a client using a Wacom tablet on a similar setup (MacPro, dual monitor, CC18) and having a few issues. Did you ever resolve it?
