Premiere Pro CC2020 and Encoder CC020 Slow to launch

I just switched to a new notebook Intel® Core™ i7-9750H Processor NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 2080, 32G RAM on 1TB SSD. I realise that Premiere Pro CC2020 and Encoder CC 2020 is painfully slow to load (10 to 15 mins). I realise that the initial launch is blazing fast but slows right down upon loading the AEX files. Graphic Drivers have been updated and system diagnostics is normal.

 

Anyone experiencing similar issues?

Managed to fix it by reinstalling AE, PR and Encoder

Is this every time you launch? The first time you open a new install it can take a while to load all the plugins, but on subsequent launches it should go a lot faster. If it's happening every time, see if you need to get updated versions of any 3rd-party plugins. Or trash your preferences at launch, let them load slowly once more, then see if they load quicker the next time.

Okay, try trashing your preferences. Hold down the Option/Alt key at startup.
