Premiere Pro .cfa files and Audio and Video previews

I have an external hard drive I've been using since 2016. There are many files which accumulated as I used older versions of Premiere in the past. Are these old files safe to delete?

- .cfa

- Audio Previews

- Video Previews

I'm on a MacBook Pro 13" Early 2015, OS 10.14.6 (Mojave), Premiere Pro 15.0.

I'll soon be upgrading to a newer MacBook Pro with the latest version of Premiere.

Oh Heavens yes, delete them! It's actually possible to tell Premiere in the prefs to delete those files every month ... if it needs them, it recreates them on the fly.
