Premiere Pro Choppy Since Update

Having some issues with the most recent version of Premiere. When moving across the timeline or just editng in general Premiere is choppy and laggy, almost like its locked at 30 FPS or something. 

 

Specs:
Ryzen 9

RTX 2070

16 GB

Windows

 

Before the newest version Premiere ran just fine and smooth but now I've got some annoying choppyness.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Please let me know if you still need help with this problem. I recommend installing the most recent Studio Drivers for your NVIDIA GPU. 

Some third-party plugins might cause similar issues. To test this, please temporarily disable them using the Reset Options menu (https://adobe.ly/3B6GBsQ).
