Premiere Pro complete lags (Cut, Captions and setting a simple effect)

Right now i updated to Adobe Premiere Pro 2023 (24.0.3) and i'm trying to edit a simple podcast.

Try to edit the captions and every time i click, premiere lags 100% for 30 sec.

It lags for clicking, deleting, writing and even lags for making a space between words.

Try to cut, and it lags for other 30 sec.

Try to set a simple fade, and premiere lags 30 sec.

This can't be happening, makes my work slow and painfull.

I'm editing a 1080p video shooted at 50fps with a Macbook Pro M1 Max with 32Gigs of Ram (Sonoma 14.1.1)

I even setted 22Gigs for premiere exclusive use in the configurations.

Please i need a solutions cuz i need to deliver on time to my clients and this delays can be happening.
