Premiere Pro Constantly Crashing (Windows)

I have been searching for troubleshooting tips to try and stop Premiere Pro from crashing all of the time, but all of the solutions I've seen are for Macs.

Premiere is taking an incredibly long time to open and then locks up within 10 minutes and crashes, starting the process all over again. I have checked the drivers and everything on the computer itself is up to date, leading me to believe it's an issue with Adobe.

Any information would be greatly appreciated because at this point the program is virtually unusable.
