Question

Premiere Pro could not find any capable video play modules (MAC OS SIERRA)

Hey there,

I was already in contact with the adobe costumer support on telephone but they can´t help so I hope that someone here can help me.
I have an 15" MacBook Pro 2015 with 2,5GhZ and an Intel Iris Pro graphic card and a 2Gb AMD Radeon R9 M370X graphic card. I´m the admin of the notebook.
I´ve updated my OS to the newest Mac OS Sierra so I don´t think that the problem is connected with the graphic drivers.
Any advice of what I can do else?

P.S.: I´ve already checked this site and it DOESN´T help: Error "Premiere Pro could not find any capable video play modules" | Startup

It was a problem with the admin rights so I figured it out by myself, tried this and Premiere works now!

This is made for Mail but it´s the same procedure as for Premiere.
