Premiere Pro Crash Exporting

Please help!

I am creating a video that I took from Powerpoint in HD. I imported this into Premiere. Every time I export it, it crashes and my Premiere Pro freezes up. So frustrated. Been going through this for 3 days. 

I tried putting it into a new sequence and it still crashes. I cleared the cache and I also made sure all computer updates were done and all drives were updated. 

What else can I do other than a hard reset? Should I uninstall / reinstall the program?

UPDATE: 5/22 - I also uninstalled the program and reinstalled it in hopes that this would work. I hoped this would work, but it is still freezing up anytime I export something. Tried changing the rendered section in the general settings and nothing is working 😞 I really need help with this!!
