Premiere Pro crash on 2013 Mac Pro

Same issue here... except I was having problems with my Trash Can Mac  (Mac Pro 2013)... which was a horrific machine and almost got me to switch over to Windows for good.  The problem with that machine is KNOWN faulty GPU cards.   Since Apple will do whatever it takes to stay away from NVIDIA (obviously there is some under-the-table deals happening between Apple and AMG folks to push NVIDIA out)...  And they never fully admitted or addressed the issue.

I upgraded to the 10-core iMac Pro, thinking that things might be different.  And, although I don't think there are GPU issues with the new machine, there are certainly issues that cause Premiere Pro to FREEZE (like when performing a Morph Cut on clips) and sometimes just crash.   I believe this has more to do with High Sierra than anything else.

This is NOT an "Adobe problem"... rather this is clearly an Apple problem.  Shoot -- ever since the 'forced' upgrade to High Sierra (it came with the new Mac) I've had nothing but glitchy issues with my Logitech wireless mouse randomly jumping all over the place.

It sure would be nice if Apple (and everyone else) would just a few years OFF of trying to give us "new features" and just concentrate on making stuff that works.  The new stuff coming out today is crap.
