Premiere Pro Crashed Mid Edit, All Media Is Green

Recently, I was editing a video in Premiere Pro and suddenly it crashed. I reopened the program to find all of my media is green. The only project media that remained the same is AVI, mostly effected MP4 files. I have tried to change my renderer from GPU to Software, Unistall and Reinstall my gpu drivers to the latest version, and have reinstalled Premiere Pro. Nothing seems to work, even opening a completely new project and importing different mp4 files I am met with the same results. Is there any wawy of salvaging my work or do I completely have to restart everything?

My current pc specs are as follows:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x

GPU: Intel Arc A750

Ram: 32GB

M.2 SSD

Green means you have an issue with your gpu.

How exactly do I resolve the issue? I've already wiped the previous drivers and reinstalled them. Is there other troubleshooting efforts?
