premiere pro crashes

I am using the Premiere Pro for a long time, however, after the last update the program has started to kick me out with no reason. The pop-up warning says "The program encountered a problem and it has to shut down.". I have sent several reports but the problem still persists. I need Premiere Pro for my professional work and this bug keeps causing me an important setback in my work. I am not longer able to use the Premiere Pro. I have tried a range of solutions available on the community and Internet, but did not work. Could you please help me out?
