Premiere Pro crashes at launch

Hi

Recently updated Premier Pro (12)- witch apparently was a huge mistake.

Had issues with files made in the previous version being totally useless because images and graphics appearing in the wrong places along the timeline almost at random. Had my hopes up when installing an update this morning hoping it would fix this bug. Was instead "treated" with a worse issue:

When trying to launch Premiere Pro the Application Manager tool starts for a few seconds then crashes, then relaunches premiere pro. This continues in an endless loop and I have to force quit the manager tool at a precise moment to get out of the loop.

Is there a fix for this?

Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, rebooting and all the other usual first aid procedures I could think of...

I now have build 12.1.1

MacBook pro

Hi bjørnl54389996,

Sorry for the inconvenience. The launch issue in MAC is fixed in the latest update. The current issue might be with a corrupted installation. Please perform a clean uninstall-reinstall using the steps in this article: Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Please let us know the status.

Thanks,
