Premiere Pro crashes at random when editing and every time I export

These crashes keep happening so frequently, so much so that it has made it impossible for Premiere Pro to export the video. I could go through to watch the video in the software, and it would crash at a random point of the video.

Is this something to do with the source files of pictures or videos I'm using in this project? I'm not sure how common this issue is.
