Premiere Pro crashes constantly

I'm experiencing regular crashes on my premere pro. even when i use regular graphics on it.. and often get error messages... i've attached image of the same..i have 1060 graphics card..32 gb ram..and intel i7 processor CPU@3.70ghz

after effects is also not working on it..please can you help me with this..i'm  facing issues with normal edits also.. i've written to adobe community several time..but haven't got any response..
