Premiere Pro crashes on starting

as the picture, everytime i start the program, the program just crashes, i tried to reinstall, but, it couldn't solve the problem. i'm having really emergency work to do, so i would like to fix this problem as soon as possible.

Ps: can i see the log file about the crash? where is it stored?

well, exactly, other adobe apps works as usual( I mainly use After Effects, Preiere Pro and Media Encoder) I'm not using the Insta360, and I checked the event log, which is not really useful. But thank you for your help
